I have been out of car for three months now. My lawyer just told me I would be getting a settlement of $7500. I called a lender and they said they would approve me for a loan for $5200 as soon as they got a letter from my lawyer saying I was getting the money.

I told the lawyer what I needed and he said that he would not do it because he won’t put his name on anything until I had the cash in hand. The man had just told me that i would be receiving money and now he can’t even sign a letter saying i would be receiving money. Yeah that really breeds confidence in a client.
