I will come back after my trial in January and post all the details of this horror story. suffice to say I was involved in a landlord tenant dispute which I hired a young attorney for ( youth equals incompetence here) . MY attorney didnt appear to know what he was doing, but his ego was rampant, he missed the red flag of the police being called on me which was a set up. He did nothing about the police being called on me and seemed to be unable to take action unless it making sure he got paid.
I was arrested on made up charges for going into my backyard, I spent two days in jail, my lawyer didnt apologize for not having checked out the police report which would have stopped me from getting arrested, instead he ran up a tab at my expense, since I was now locked out of my apartment and had to hire people to enter it, and clean etc . while doing do he threw away personal possessions of mine i wished to keep and left behind other property. then he left town for more schooling.
He blamed me for the police being called although the landlord had decided ahead of time this would happen, and had a buddy cop come by and write a false report.
my lawyer blamed me for the police and said I wasn’t a stand up client for court, and he tried to get me to agree to moving out in eight days with no cash.

when this is over I am filing a report against him. it was all about his greed( he was broke) and his ego and his incompetence, I have never been arrested in my life and because I believe in an attorney I have a mug shot .
