Brantley Basnight III with Wolcott Rivers and Gates SUCKS. Very abusive in what should be professional settings in public he yells at clients, drags cases on for his on benefit putting children and families emotionally involved in harm’s way just so he can make more money, his price is very high and we have paid the price in a horrible way to have chosen this lawyer he does not look out for your best interest just the bottom line money!
He could not even do his job he is to old to be working in the field. Could not keep up with the times let alone when court day is or what time to show up.
Had to do his and his secretarys job the whole time. A waste of money and huge heart break for me and my little boy! Fired him before he screwed my life up for good and ended up being better off I won the case and all is well do not hire this idiot.

I was in this lawyers office, ONCE. All he cared about was the money. Left with a 3 year old and an 11 month old child, he was ready to attack my soon to be ex. Anyone who knows family law and cares about their clients, would know better than to handle the case this way. I can say this now, after the shock and fog clears and you realize you must proceed in matters like this much differently then Brantley Basnight the thirddddddd (isn’t that right lovie?) This guy should not be practicing Family Law! He might have the ablity in other areas of law, but not Family Law! It’s all about the money for BB III and it has to be about the FAMILIES! Shame on you. You give all attorneys their bad rep. Stay far away from this guy.
