If you are unfortunate enough to need a bankruptcy lawyer, I feel for you. Of course bankruptcy lawyers are shysters too just like the rest. They are able to pick the bones before the vultures get there.
Imagine you are dead broke with a possible forclosure on your home and the creditors are scrambling to get their share. Naturally, they want to rape you with attorney’s fees because of the lawyers again.
In North Carolina where I live, these shysters are on late night TV trying to suck you in to filing for bankruptcy. They make it sound like a simple credit readjustment.
